Cleaning was on point, covid safety observed at all times, we felt completely secure during our stay. Very professional and friendly, a balance which is often difficult to reach, they accommodated our every request. The breakfast was also on point, with all the usual suspects and the quality being there as well. We ended up spending quite a bit of time in there, having lunch or drinks in the evening, just because of how amazing the space is. Le Grand Salon in particular was mesmerizing. All areas, including the rooms reflect that, and it's nice to see that they chose to preserve this history while modernizing the amenities of the hotel. The building itself is lovely with a great history. My wife and I had a brief 3 night stay at the lovely Hilton Paris Opera. Overall, great service with beautiful decor, especially the bar area. Pleasantly surprised it was not noisy and slept the night away. We actually opened the windows of the room. I’m sure they would have fixed it if we did. Cons: We were unable to adjust the temperature in the room which made it a little hot. We had drinks and some appetizers prior to going out for the evening. With the exception of a crane in the way, had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. It was on the corner so we had views from multiple directions. We stayed in an executive suite on the 5th floor. Staff, in general were very pleasant, from the doormen, to front desk, to housekeeping. Pros: Concierge was very helpful, arranging transportation to our next destination, getting us tickets for the Louvre, and pointing out some items we should check out besides the normally visited ones.
